This white wine is from the vineyards of Quinta de Naíde, located in Fafe. The grapes were harvested by hand into boxes of small amounts. During the wine-making process it underwent a full stalk removal, skin maceration and direct pressing.
The fermentation took place after the mash had been decanted for 48 hours at low temperature in stainless steel vats under controlled temperature of 12ºC.
A citrus color wine with an intense, sophisticated and elegant, very fruity aroma and a citrus, slightly topical touch. The wine is creamy to the palate, very elegant with a fresh touch and a long, distinct finish.
It should be served chilled at a temperature of 8º - 10ºC.
Given its fresh and elegant character it is ideal to serve in relaxed and informal environments as well as with fatty fish, white meats and shellfish dishes.
