This white wine is from the vineyards of Quinta de Naíde, located in Fafe.
The grapes were harvested by hand into boxes of small amounts. During the winemaking process it underwent a full stalk removal, skin maceration and direct pressing.
The fermentation took place after the mash had been decanted for 48 hours at low temperatures, in stainless steel vats under controlled temperature between 16º and 18ºC.
A citrus color wine, with very elegant flower notes typical of the variety. It has a fresh palate and a silky fresh finish. It should be served cool, at a temperature of 8º - 10ºC.
Ideal as aperitif or to serve with fish and shellfish dishes.
